We could always use a few larger hammers and a spare crowbar. We'll need to disassemble some pallets and some other things. And who say's destroying things isn't fun.

An Axe might come in handy as well...

Well, I was going to bring sledgehammers and rock hammers anyways, but that's just because I have a personal affinity for them...

I have a few tools hidden up there...I'll be there this evening around 6:30 to do a bit more work on the drop. Maybe I'll even get to hit it once or twice!!

Beth tells me:

Get off at the poughkeepsie exit
Take 55 west
Look for signs for Vassar College and 376
Turn left on Raymond Avenue/376
Go past the college.
At light at the end, turn left, head to the next light.
Turn right onto boardman place.
Turn right at the school on the right, bear left up the driveway up the hill, where we'll be parked.

I'll be driving a red Outback, my cell number is 973-713-2979. We're not parking in the main Vassar Farms lot (too far to walk to get to where we're working).

Tis cool. We'll be out there most of wednesday afternoon, so hopefully we'll have a fair amount to show for it.

If you use Mapquest and type in: Shocked

200 Boardman Rd, Poughkeepsie NY The red destination star will be almost exactly at the driveway to the parking lot where we'll be.

Type in above address to Mapquest
turn on the "aerial image" tab in the map's upper right corner
you'll see the driveway heading West off from Boardman and if you bear left on that driveway it will end at the parking lot.

With both directions and Rob's number you should be able to find it.

Maybe we'll see you there!

So the powerline drop is complete!! I haven't hit it yet though, I want to let the landing dry out a bit. Kinda slick right now but I scraped the top layer off so it should dry out somewhat by tomorrow. Plus it was dark when I finished...

Project #2 os the berms for Bojangles and the berm at the bottom of the new drop!

Anyways, I will be there around 6 tomorrow. Hope to see some people out pitching in! That place has so much potential!

I don't know what time I will be able to meet--I have sooo much to do today... If I show up at 5, will I have trouble finding everyone?

Walk down the trail and just past the power lines there will be an intersection. Go left and follow that down a ways and you will find a the trail calle Mr. Bojangles (there is a sign) and the crew will be just down that trail.

Cool, I have Beth's cell just in case... I highly doubt I will be able to go at this point, but I might just go crazy and head out. You never know.

Great work on the bridge today!!! Looks good and solid now! I got there around 6 and went for a walk. Maybe I'll do some work tomorrow on the stuff after if the weather is better.

same to you tom- hit looks nice. We saw a few spots for some minor ideas throughout the stunt area, should only take a solid day...i think we'll get another fix together real soon- hopefully in the sun
